The Exhibition Opening, 15th July, 2009

The exhibition “Called. German Life in Central and Eastern Europe” was ceremoniously opened on the 15th July 2009 in front of 300 guests at the Crown Prince Palace (Kronprinzenpalais) in Berlin. The opening speeches were given by the chairman of the foundation “Centre Against Expulsions” (Zentrum gegen Vertreibungen) Erika Steinbach, MdB, the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media, Minister of State Bernd Neumann, MdB and Professor Dr. Hellmuth Karasek.
